In a reality where individualism keeps rising, showing gratitude and appreciation can pave the success for any professional (and personal) relationship. Nobody is alone in success and everyone, from designers to clients, plays an important role. A simple comment might give someone just the right motivation to exceed their own expectations, try new things and maybe even risk doing something bigger. We need to let people know that we trust their work and are there for them; above all, owning the mistakes together ensures that we will grow together too.
